We know video game girls aren't real and what's more, Cortana isn't "real" in the video game world. But she's still hot! So hot that she was rated as one of the ten most disturbingly sexual game characters by Gamers.net and one of the fifty greatest female video game characters ever by Tom's Games and she features in a ton of articles out on the internet on hottest/sexiest/best/blah blah video game characters.

As far as the game lore goes Cortana is merely one of the numerous AI organisms which inhabit the computer networks of the Human worlds. She is, quite unique though, otherwise she wouldn't make the headlines, would she?; she is a direct copy of a human being, Dr. Halsey, and lacks behavioral inhibitors of any kind like other AI organisms do. She has her own free wil unlike most other military AI systems. Cortana, on the other hand, is stubborn, loud, and can be quite innapropriate at times (Hey, she made the DISTURBING character list on gamers.net, didn't she?)
